Joe brings 36 years of extensive construction safety and health experience to the field. His diverse background includes safety oversight in asphalt production and laydown, water and wastewater plant construction, heavy industrial and marine construction, heavy equipment maintenance, highways and bridges, underground pipeline installation, aggregate mining, and environmental projects. His areas of expertise include excavation safety, fall protection, confined space safety, construction rigging, safety leadership, and OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Outreach Training. Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting safe work practices, protecting employees, and building a culture of safety across complex construction and industrial environments. Joe attended Hocking College, where he studied Environmental Health and Safety.
