In an effort to reduce the number of accidents occurring within our company we are joining the Safety Council of Greater Columbus (SCGC).

We acknowledge that we have read and understand the requirements for participation in the BWC incentive program. We know that we must attend at least 10 in-person safety council meetings to be eligible for the 3% rebate on our workers’ compensation premium. | SAFETY COUNCIL FACT SHEET |

We understand that membership in the Safety Council of Greater Columbus is $200 per BWC policy/per year, which allows up to five (5) employees from our member firm to attend each meeting.

**Please Note: The enrollment deadline for 2023/24 rebate program ended 7/31/2023. You may still join the SCGC to help increase your company’s safety awareness and enjoy networking opportunities at the monthly breakfast meetings, but you will not be eligible for the BWC rebate.
