In an effort to reduce the number of accidents occurring within our company we are joining the Safety Council of Greater Columbus (SCGC).

We acknowledge that we have read and understand the requirements for participation in the BWC incentive program. We know that we must attend at least 10 in-person safety council meetings to be eligible for the 3% rebate on our workers’ compensation premium.

We understand that membership in the Safety Council of Greater Columbus is $300 per BWC policy/ per year, which allows up to five (5) employees from our member firm to attend each meeting.

**Please Note: The enrollment deadline for FY27 rebate program is 7/31/2026. After this date, you may still join the SCGC to attend meetings, network and gain valuable safety information, but you will not be eligible for the rebate program.**
