Meeting Description

In today’s labor market, nearly every company struggles to find the right people to fill their open positions. Fair Chance Employment strategies can help your company hire and retain skilled talent and positive personalities who are ready to work. 180 Demo and CleanTurn are two companies who have embodied this employment philosophy since their inception. John will share how some of their employment strategies might be able to best support your business and the people who work with you.

Attendees will gain an understanding why Fair Chance Employment isn’t just the right strategy to help you hire more people, but also a positive, sustainable way to support your community and the people who live around you.
