Join Rick Gehlbach (Ohio Health, Columbus), as he talks about the trends in safety-sensitive workplaces with regard to addiction and the linkages to employees mental health needs.  In addition, participants will be exposed to warning signs of mental health and addiction symptoms and ways to initiate productive dialogue with employees to proactively address this worsening trend.

Was previously employed at Mid-Ohio Psychological Services in Lancaster, Ohio as a therapist and supervisor from 2002 to 2008. Was previously employed at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio as an independent clinician in the Emergency Psychiatric Services Department from 2005 to 2008.
