Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from Cincinnati Christian University and has more than 10 years of experience in ministry. He has combined his passion for wellness with his work in the construction industry in central Ohio. As a two-time cancer survivor who has navigated his own mental health journey, Paul founded Paul Lawson Helps LLC after spending six years developing a robust mental health program for a local contractor. His mission is to foster a culture of care within blue-collar industries by building similar programs at other companies and providing high-quality mental health training, speaking and advocacy.
