Dan Owsley is the Director of Business Development for Fulcrum Lifting. With more than 30 years' experience in the lifting industry, he's had the privilege to work with a diverse group of clients across a multitude of industries providing solutions for their toughest rigging challenges. A dedicated leader, trainer and subject matter expert, Dan puts safety before all else. He has been involved with numerous safety councils throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and has performed training for hundreds of companies over the last three decades. Educating others on safer solutions to solve everyday applications has become his focused passion.

Subpart P has remained largely unchanged since the early 1980s but other issues persist beyond OSHA compliance – like contractual obligations, the Ohio Revised Code and other considerations in how we protect people around trenches and excavations. Mary Logan So currently serves as the vice president of safety and employee development for George J. Igel & Co., Inc. where she oversees the strategic direction of the safety departments, managing safety compliance, commercial business lines of insurance, as well as training and development of approximately 800 employees. She manages the MSHA, OSHA, and EPA compliance efforts, as well as the authorized and commercial drivers at Igel.
Prior to Igel, Mary worked at the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio where she served in various capacities including the assistant director of education and outreach/events, director of safety, and finally as director of professional development. In that capacity, she co-founded the Safety Council of Greater Columbus and taught the curriculum for a safety and health program at The Ohio State University.
Mary is an authorized instructor for the OSHA outreach program and for the Emergency Care and Safety Institute, teaching Standard First Aid, CPR/AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens. She is certified by Vital Smarts to teach Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Getting Things Done and The Power of Habit.
