Meeting Description

Let us guess…you, like millions of Americans, spend most of your day at a desk on your computer and
phone? Leaning your head and neck down when using your phone or tablet can add up to 60 lbs of
pressure on your cervical spine!

Have you ever thought about whether you should sit or stand to feel your best? Are you unsure of how to
adjust your chair or what the height of your computer monitor should be to ward off chronic daily neck
pain, headaches, and back pain?

During this enlightening workshop, you will learn how to design your workspace to allow for the best
posture and environment. Our recommendations will reduce pressure on your spine to prevent injuries,
aches, and pains improving concentration and productivity.

The doctors at The Winchester Institute practice knowing health is not achieved without looking at how
our choices affect our mind AND our body. True healing begins from the inside out and it begins with the
choices we make.

You won’t want to miss this information-packed lecture!
